WILDER THAN WILD: Fire, Forests and the Future
This award-winning documentary shows how fire suppression and climate change have exposed our forests and wildland-urban landscapes to large, high-severity wildfires, and explores strategies to mitigate the impact of these fires.

Brought to you by the Butte County Fire Safe Council as part of our 25th Anniversary. The evening will include presentations from our team about ongoing wildfire safety and forest health projects, the one-hour film showing, and a following discussion with experts in the field. Come and learn about what you can do to support forest health and take steps to protect your property and community from wildfire.
