Paradise Garden Tour- “Coming Back from Fire”

This is a self-guided, driving/strolling tour of privately owned gardens in Paradise.  Three private homes are featured, with varying experience of fire survival. The tour will feature examples, guidance, and demonstrations for bringing yards and gardens back to life after the Camp Fire. Each property will have a knowledgeable club member docent. At the Tour Hub (the center of operations, demonstrations, and other information) you will find a big plant sale and our Gardener’s Boutique.

This year our Tour Hub is at the PID upper parking area, directly next to the Demonstration Garden (6332 Clark Road). If you have never visited the PID garden, this is a must see because it features landscapes that are drought tolerant, fire resistant, pollinator friendly, and more. Also at the Hub will be our annual plant sale, plus a boutique sale of many handcrafted items from PGCI members. The featured gardens and Tour Hub are available with ticket purchase. Tickets are only $10, available online at paradisegardenclub.org, or May 1 at Da Ja Vu, and Bobbies Boutique. This is the only fundraiser for the Paradise Garden Club and helps us support four, $1000 scholarships to Butte College Horticulture students.
