What: Join the Butte County Fire Safe Council and Paradise Recreation and Parks District in pulling invasive broom at Crain Memorial Park. Help with pulling invasive French Broom, which will allow for more native plants to grow and have more access to natural resources, and will help Concow be more fire resilient. 

When: Friday, May 17th, from 10am-1pm

Things to know:

• We require all volunteers to wear long sleeves, pants, and closed-toe shoes. 
• We highly recommend all volunteers to bring a reusable water bottle, snacks, gloves, a hat, and sunscreen.
• Tools, gloves, water refills, and snacks will be provided.
