The Butte County Fire Safe Council (BCFSC) is seeking a contractor to provide herbicide services for the USFS Herbicide Project in the counties of Butte and Yuba. Following the award of the project, the successful contractor shall enter into a contract with BCFSC for the services specified in this Request for Proposals (RFP). A contractor submitting a proposal must be prepared to use the BCFSC’s standard contract form rather than their own contract form.
